It works about as well as one could expect. This one is free with no in-app purchases. There are some ads, though.

Baviux Voice Changer is actually one of the most popular pure voice changers on Android. The includes nearly four dozen effects in total along with a simple user interface and plenty of other options. You can record your audio and apply the effects as you want. Afterward, you can send it to whoever you want (as long as the app supports audio files), set it as a ringtone or notification tone, and just save it. You can also import audio files if you want to alter something you already have. The app runs for $2.99 for the premium version and it’s free if you use Google Play Pass.
Snapchat and TikTok

Snapchat is definitely the most popular voice changer app. It’s mostly an image messaging service. However, it has a bunch of filters. It can change your appearance, voice, and even environment. It also features Snapchat Memories. That lets you save snaps instead of losing them for good. That gives you an option to record yourself making goofy noises in weird voices instead of just doing one-off videos for your followers and friends. TikTok (Google Play link) is very much the same way with a bunch of voice filters and modulation. You can record a video on TikTok with it, post it for the service, or just keep it to yourself. It also has some less silly effects like a karaoke reverb setting to add a bit of echo to your singing voice. The app is entirely free with ads, but the ads are a little bit annoying. We wish there was a good, cheap premium version to remove those.

Voicemod Clips is a free voice changer and video maker app. This is a nice option because you can record just audio or audio with video if you prefer. You can use that video basically anywhere. It’s mostly meant for things like Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok so you know what you’re getting into before you download it. The app has some good voice modulation along with a few different filters for your convenience. This is definitely a bit better than most voice changer apps.
