The Windows operating system gives you a lot of different ways to organize your open windows. You can maximize them to full-screen mode, make them small and tucked away in the corner, or switch between multiple desktops. If you’re like me though, you prefer to keep all your windows maximized at all times so that they take up as much screen real estate as possible. Maximize all windows

To maximize all windows, press the key combination:
- Pressing the up arrow key maximizes the current window.
- Pressing the down arrow key minimizes all windows and returns you to your desktop.
- Pressing the left arrow key restores all minimized windows to their previous sizes and positions, but does not restore them to full-screen mode if they were previously maximized.
- Similarly, pressing right restores only those programs that were not previously maximized (or restored from being minimized).
Minimize all windows
To minimize all windows, press the Windows key + M. This will display a list of programs that are minimized. To restore an individual window, simply click on it and drag it back to its original position on your desktop or taskbar. Take a look at the viper architecture.
To restore all minimized programs at once:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager; then click More Details in the upper right corner if you don’t see all tabs already visible (by default they’re hidden).
- Click “Applications” under Processes in order to view running apps; this will display any currently active applications as well as their associated processes (programs).
Now, click “Windows” in the upper left corner. This will display a list of all currently open windows on your desktop. To restore an individual window, simply click on it and drag it back to its original position on your desktop or taskbar. To restore all minimized programs at once: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager; then click More Details in the upper right corner if you don’t see all tabs already visible (by default they’re hidden). Downsize all windows to the taskbar
To make all of your windows open maximized, you’ll first need to resize the taskbar. Right-click the taskbar and choose a size that maximizes all of your open programs. You can also drag it down to get rid of any extra space at the top or bottom if you’d like–it’s up to you! The final step is clicking OK when asked if you want Windows to automatically adjust this setting every time it starts up.
This will allow you to maximize your open programs every time Windows starts up. The next time you open a program, just click on the Maximize button and all of your open windows will scale to fill the screen!
Restore your current window to its original size
To restore your current window to its original size, right-click the taskbar and select “Show windows stacked.” This option will display all of your open windows in one row instead of tiled across your screen.
If you want to make things faster, use keyboard shortcuts: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager and then click More Details under Applications (or Processes). Next, click on the Details tab at the top of that window; then look for “Window position” in its dropdown list under “Performance.” Select Maximized from this menu if it’s not already selected–this will ensure that all future applications open maximized!
Conclusion
If you prefer to have all your windows open maximized, this is a good way to do it. It’s not perfect though and sometimes you might want to have just one window in its original size. You can do that by clicking on the Restore button in the top right corner of the window when it appears.
